Faith Aesthetics will begin taking clients starting Wednesday, May 13th. For the first few weeks, we will only be seeing members who already had appointments that had to be cancelled due to the virus. Online booking for all other clients will resume in June.

Your support is deeply appreciated as we do our best to navigate this circumstance with everyone’s health and safety as our first priority. It is with that priority in mind, that we have new policies and procedures in place. These new steps, devised to curb unnecessary exposure, are outlined below. First, are a series of steps we are taking and second are a series of requirements for all clients. If you are unable to meet these requirements, then we will look forward to seeing you once the pandemic is over. Please stay safe and contact us if you have any questions.


Our Commitment to You.

In addition to our standard high-level sanitation practices, the following steps will be taken to ensure each client’s safety:

  • Prior to reopening, our facilities have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

  • The entire team at the Getaway Spa and Faith Aesthetics will stagger shifts to reduce the amount of people at the facility.

  • We are seeing fewer clients daily. 

  • We are scheduling 30 minutes between clients for cleaning and disinfecting. 

  • Clients are not permitted to wait inside for their appointments.

  • We will be taking temperature of all clients prior to allowing them to enter the facility.

  • All employees and clients will wear a mask while in the facility. Once in the aesthetics room, clients will be allowed to remove their mask for their facial.

  • Clients must all submit the COVID-19 Client Form (linked below).

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided for all clients upon entering the spa.

  • Clients will need to wash their hands with antibacterial soap before and after service.

  • Where possible, we will be using disposable items and equipment.

  • We will use disposable linings for treatment beds.

  • No cloth robes will be used for facials at this time.

  • We will be offering limited services at this time.


Client Requirements

To ensure the safety of all our clients, please follow these guidelines for your appointment:

  • Arrive on time for your appointment. We must maintain 30 minutes between appointments to ensure proper sanitation. This means fewer clients per day. In order to take care of everyone in a timely manner, punctuality is vital.

  • Upon arriving to your appointment, please text your aesthetician and they will meet you outside. Numbers will posted on the door if you do not already have it.

  • Arrive alone. We are staggering clients and employees to ensure we minimize the amount of people within the building. We ask that you do not bring friends, family, or children to your appointment.

  • Contactless payments are required. No cash will be accepted. Please be prepared to pay electronically (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo). If paying with a credit card, you will need to read the information aloud.

  • All clients must wear a mask in the spa until it is time for your procedure and immediately after.

  • Please wash your hands upon entering the spa and immediately after your appointment.

  • If possible, please do not wear make up to your appointment.

  • No robes will be available for your appointment. Only disposable items will be used.

  • If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment.
